Personally I'd go with the PC2-6400 HZ sticks; same IC as the PC2-8000 HZs.

For the very very best however go with the Corsair XMS2-6400C3 (if you can afford and justify the huge price tag

).

So I have heard, but I dont think that Gibbo knows... but he has proved me wrong in the past

If I remember rightly, Gibbo said he'd be getting the 0606 stock. As long as they're 0605 or later they'll use the Micron IC.
