Not as cheap as many were predicting. In addition to have to pay £120 for the Conroe mobo another £120 needed for the first Conroe. Glad I didn't wait for them and went with the AM2 in my budget. Now, just need to sit back and watch the price wars start and pick up a nice CPU in 6 months time.

Exactly, lot of bang for buck. In about 4 months I'll trade up on my week old 3500+ AM2 and hopefully get around £50 for it, so not a lot cash to get decent upgrade. Plus, I didn't have to wait around for months until Conroe came out.
