Conroe Spec... Any point (pre)ordering an E6600?

On the HZ ram front - the G.Skill tech says that

"CL3 1.8v for 90% of MT chip is no problem to boot up. however we did find some MT chip for 800 2GBHZ can't not boot."

so it looks like you have to be unlucky for the HZ not to boot (in the 10% group) - still a bit of a lottery though.

No? Why do you say that? A single graphics card and a Core 2 Duo? They draw half the power top end P4s draw. I can't help thinking there is a trend on OCUK to seriously overspec the PSU.
