Conroe temps ?!?

So what are the max acceptable temps for a conroe without taking years/months off its life time?? :s

Currently my [email protected] idles from 39-44 and max 58-63 (i have a window open somtimes

)

Those should be fine. Are those readings from the motherboard or onboard cpu sensor ?

there from intels TAT program ive read a few times in these forums that its gives the best readings

well i just played fear for a while and gtr2 @ 1440x900 max everything

smooth as silk and no artifacts crashes woot
