Conroe Upgrade - Will my OCZ EB 2GB allow for OC?

I'm thinking of upgrading my 3700+ and A8N32 to a E6300 and DS3 but i'm not sure if the E6300 would need better RAM to overclock and if the mobo will actually take it?

i do believe the memory you have quoted there is DDR, for the conroe you have to use DDR2 iirc.
