Consequences of crash?

Just a quickie.

Someone i know was involved in a pretty nasty crash today. Sounds like he tried to overtake someone in a 40 zone and ended up crashing head on into oncoming traffic.

Both cars were complete right offs and luckily everyone walked away. He ended up being cut out of the car by the fire brigade.

What are the consequences for him as the driver at fault?
Just wondered really as not sure what happens after a crash like this.

I know, silly boy. Sometimes people don't learn until something like this happens. Thank god the people in the other car were ok.

And yes it was a Seat Ibiza.

Like someone said above I don't know what happened apart from he hit someone head on shortly after attempting an overtake.

It's obvious though he was driving like a helmet. It could have been soo much worse, it's a miracle the other occupants in the other car walked away.

It's actually really peed me off and I just hope it has scared the life out of him.

No definitely not drunk, it was in the morning.

More like a mix of bad driver, fairly powerful car (it was cupra) and a fair old chunk of stupidity.
