Hi, I have a powerful gaming pc and am considering buying a gaming laptop as I get a lot of downtime at work.
I would like something with a 15" screen capable of playing battlefield V at decent settings.
I've done some research and it seems that a gtx 1060 will be a good option, my budget is up to £1000 can anyone help with recommendations?
Thanks

I haven't tried it myself but check out the Lenovo Y540 its current on sale comes with GTX 1660Ti 6GB, I would take off windows 10 and buy it yourself cheaper.

Thanks for the replies, I actually decided to pay a bit more and get one with a 1070, seeing as laptops aren't really upgradeable I thought I'd better not take any chances. Benchmarks show the 1070 being pretty good in laptops and it's only a 1080p screen so should be fine for a few years.

Yeah better to go with the faster GPU - the CPU on a modern laptop will be upto the latest games for awhile but the GPU ages much faster - for instance the laptop in my sig the 3610QM (2012 CPU) along with 16GB RAM still handles anything thrown at it but the GPU is basically a desktop GTX560ti and a complete pain to even try and upgrade.
