Considering a sff

Been looking around this thread and drooling at all these small form pcs .Really like the look of the sugo case and its upgradeability compared to the shuttles .I am now considering building a media pc with above case but have one or two questions .

Is there a motherboard that will fit the sugo and be compatible with the intel conroe dual core?

If not whats my best option ?

Asrock do a 945 Micro ATX mobo that supports Conroe.

Asus also have a couple, but I'm not entirely sure if you get the most of the 1Ghz FSB with them.

FFS dont buy a 945g conroe mobo they are **** i have one and wish i never bought it
