Considering an SLI Upgrade; Need a little advice

Howdy howdy.

I've been considering giving myself an upgrade lately. I'm currently using a gtx 260 and the performance is fantastic. Still, nothing wrong with getting even etter performance :P

the only problem I've faced so far concerning upgrading is the cards themselves.

My current GTX is this:

The only one of the same brand and range I can seem to find is this:

I know mixing cards can cause problems, and the differences are pretty minimal between these two. The only problem is that the one I have is factory overclocked.

Would pairing these cards be a problem?

Also, if there was the possibility of pairing my card with another GTX of a different brand, are there any recommendations?

you can pair with any 260GTX - just try and make sure they are both clocked to the same levels tho so you don't get jerky performance.
