Considering an upgrade as well as upgrading to Windows 11

I currently have a pc with the spec below and I am considering doing a fresh build and also upgrading to Windows 11 at the same time. I mostly use the pc for coding, Vm's and general web browsing. I tend to game more on console these days. I am looking to stick with AMD and I will probably also keep the GPU for now until the nvidia 50 series are out. I am not sure which cpu to look at as I know the 9800 X3D is a bit hard to come by at the moment.

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x

RAM: 32 Gb Corsair

Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super

SSD: AORUS NVMe Gen4 SSD 1TB

A easy upgrade would be to drop a 5950x in plus if you have 16Gb of memory double it to 32Gb as DDR4 is cheap now. Stick to windows 10 though, I wish I did because 11 is bloody awful.

I would stick with Windows 10 but I will need to go Windows 11 as support and therefore updates end later next year

If I upgrade I would probably want go AM5.

7800x3d is a good alternative if you can get one.

For a Windows 11 upgrade, just make sure you install 23H2, not 24H2.
