As per title -

I'm currently with Nildram paying around £17 per month.

I'm thinking of moving over to O2 which works out at £10 per month on the Broadband Premium package. First two months are free.

Are there any problems with O2 to note or any reason not to move to them?

I've stuck with Nildram due to their customer service and dont want to move somewhere where I'll be on hold for hours on end, but at £10 it looks like I'd be getting a much better package.

Also there is £100 cash back on this, so effectively I'd only have to £0 for a years broadband....

Premium Package = 12 x £10 = £120 + 2 months free + £100 Quidco cashback = £0 cost

any thoughts?

o2 LLU is generally good, had a couple of issues but it's such good value it's worth a try. Especially with the cashback deals.

a mate did the same switch from nildram to o2 and he couldn't be happier.

this is as long as its their llu service.

I see you are in Sheffield, that means your exchange is SLSF. It is full. O2 won't offer you LLU there. I have just had a new line, and tried to get o2 and found this out.
