Are you sure you won't be able to adjust to the new screen? First couple of days with a new monitor are always strange.

EDIT: oh and BTW I don't know what OC's return policy is like, but I belive you have few days to return the item if you are not happy (call them, I might be wrong)

I think its my GPU software issue, cause I can't install the ATI drivers without BSOD on my new rig build...

Are you using the special DVI cable that comes with it, normal ones will not do....

Back to my old monitor now. So much more pleasant to use. Everything feels like it's the right size.

I admit the colours were 10x better on the U2711 though.

I've requested a refund. I guess it just wasn't for me

I've finally got the correct cable for my U2711 with the res all maxed out and looking damn fine. The res is gorgeous but the text will need getting used to!

Reldar, I can't believe you didnt give the U2711 more time, ya missing out!

Heavily thinking about getting one of these bad boys in October but i'm a little concerned about the response lag. It'll mostly be used for gaming so i'd like to know what any of you guys that own the u2711 think about it for gaming.

I might be wrong but i don't think there is a u2711h. There is a u2311h you might be confusing it.

Well a friend was asking me I told him I'd have a look, but after googling I found people referring to it as the u2711 and the u2711h, I guess they were just being lazy then?

My friend just told me he asked dell and they said H models are height adjustable. Now maybe this answer will go on google for people trying to figure it out...
