Console Games & Hardware section set to overtake PC Games...

Something that caught my eye:

Is this a sign of how the market for computer games is changing slightly?

Who knows, but the PC Gaming section for OCUK has always been huge but it is being matched in terms of size of post.

Could be so many factors to do with this, but interesting none the less.

I don't think it's anything to do with the computer games market changing, it's all down to the endless repetitive 360 vs PS3 flame war threads

You want fan boy arguments just go over to the official 360 forums. The amount of threads revolving around ps3v360 is nearly half the forums. The other half is RushersVnon rushers on the C&C3 demo.

Just shows you the gaming market for PC's is crap at the moment. It has 3 games with big threads and thats it.

Ahh, but Console Games & Hardware includes "Hardware"...
If we take PC Games and also PC Hardware it's 181,000 posts vs circa 1m.

Yeh, shame really. That's why I switched back over to console gaming. Just couldn't justify upgrading my PC to play 3 or 4 games

No, I agree. You only have to look at where most of my posts are to see where my interest lies.

It's just the degeneration of almost every thread into ((PS3 vs 360) vs Wii) is getting beyond a joke. I suppose it can be pretty entertaining, though.

The most interesting thread in there is still the screenshot thread and that's just poor.

As for posts.. I though console had more posts not too long ago.
