Console gaming on Samsung 48H6700

Anyone use one of these predominantly for console gaming?

Input lag is my main concern (i.e I want people with hands on experience to tell me I won't notice any)

Do you need a 48"?

I'm currently using the Sony KDL42W653 and the main reason for me purchasing this was the low input lag for console gaming, superb TV.

Not sure about need but certainly want :-)

Was looking at the 47 W8 but its no longer available anywhere and the 50 incher is too big for the room!

What room it is for? Mine is in our bedroom, so it's big enough for gaming as I'm closer to the screen (approx 4 feet) and it's also big enough for viewing in bed, approx 12 feet away.

I have a 42 inch at the minute and agree that it's big enough, I just want bigger :-)
