Are consoles bilingual?

Can you set the language preferences so if I buy in France then I can set to English?

Are games bilingual too?

Talking about 360 & PS3 in particular

IMO you would have to choose the dashboard / XMB to one langauge

Then for games I'd assume that for the most part EA games could all be changed in game

Do not take this as fact though
