PS4 still leading the pack, while Wii U sales have picked up and again selling more than the Xbone.

Mario Kart 8 still performing strong, Last of Us Remastered big sales in US. Other region sales not up yet. Watch Dogs sales slowing, much lower numbers now.

I'm not.

Microsoft have chopped and changed their minds so many times lately, the trust has gone.

Adding to that, two of their "exclusives" are coming to PC soon.

PS4 proven to be better for multi-platform games is a big factor now it keeps getting drawn to everyone's attention in gaming press, for almost every release.

It's almost like the last generation in reverse.

I'm not, I had the original Xbox and got the 360 on release. There is nothing at this moment in time that will make me want an Xbox One. My friends that stuck to the Xbox and got one on release have either sold theirs or now have an additional PS4.
 
How badly did MS botch the launch of the XB1... don't think many can forget about "here's our console, no used games, you have to have kinect and it's 100 more expensive than the ps4 which has none of these restrictions."
 
Is that 5m Xbox One figure units sold to consumers? from what I understand a couple of months after launch Microsoft started publishing units sold to retail instead... so if that's still the case a significant portion of that 5m could still be stuck on warehouse shelves.

You only have to look at the number of Xbox One exclusives going multiplatform to see how badly it is doing.

Some of the Xbone games I wanted coming to PC is the reason I wouldn't bother picking up an Xbone yet. Wanted Dead Rising and it's on it's way, also Rise will be worth a go on PC imho. Nothing out at all atm that would make me pick up an Xbone. New Halo and Gears of War could tempt me in the future.

The Wii U has done a good job outselling the Xbone for a few weeks now, be interesting to see if Nintendo can keep this up. Smash Bro's and Bayonetta should help sell a few more systems later on this year.

PS4 is just destroying the other consoles atm, surprising really because there isn't a great wealth of must have titles on PS4 yet either. When PS4 does get some great exclusives I imagine sales will skyrocket even further.

Pretty much, for instance on Amazon the PS4 holds the top 2 spots in the console chart. Strangely enough the Xbox with Kinect seems to be selling better than the version without Kinect :confused:

Yeah that is true. The only game on the XOne that interests me right now is Forza, but Drive Club will scratch that itch I'm sure. I would've thought the XOne would rack up more sales due to their younger audience (no disrespect to any owners) but it seems not.

I for one was put off considering one when I went through two X360s whilst my Day 1 PS3 is still going strong.
 
We all already know that Xbone is at the end of it life and is almost dead......

And only the really die hard MS fans are buying them...

TBH I'm not surprised at the poor Xbox One sales. I bought one because it is what I do, xbox is released and I go out and buy it. Worked for me with the original and the 360, the one however... maybe I should have researched my purchase a little more :o

I bought it on a whim as a mate was able to get me a good discount but it seems buggy, performance is poor even the dashboard doesn't feel all that slick. I've got hardware issues (noisy HDD and random frame drops) and to top it off the live service now seems to be far less stable than it used to be.

At the moment I'm enjoying Forza 5 and Titanfall but the former doesn't really add all that much to Forza 4 and I could be playing Titanfall on the 360. Buyers remorse is a bitch.

I've read loads on Microsoft losing $400 million, the Xbox has never made money.

Surveys in China have provided interesting data, 90% of participants will buy a PS4 and in Germany no one wants a Xbox one. They are afraid of the kinect camera, social damage was done a long time ago.
