Constant BSOD's...assistance?

Since Friday computer has been giving constant Blue Screen errors, even when just siting idle. Ive undone the Overclock (which has been stable for 2 years), ran Prime95 for a few hours, no problems with this, yet it still just BSOD's on me all the time.

The last error was below...

Have you tested the memory at all? Worth trying or even just try one module at a time in your system and see if the error occurs with a particular stick installed.
 
that error code is hdd/ssd related the f4 one

cant remember off hand if the 50 error is cpu or memory related think its memory
 
Will take out one stick of memory then swap see what happens. is there any way of checking the SSD? I'm using a Crucial M4 128gb as main drive...2 years old now.
 
yes and its probably the ssd

download ssdlife and check the hours usage,if around 5400 hours you need to flash the firmware to the latest one as there's a common freeze bug
 
5530 hrs....firmware updated and no issues for over an hour...thanks buddy if it stays like this :)
