Constant buzzing noise from PC

My newly-built PC is emitting a constant quiet buzzing noise and I can't find the source.

I thought it might be a cable/header vibrating on the side of the case but I can't seem to eliminate it no matter how many cable ties I use.

It's actually driving me insane sitting next to the thing, incredibly irritating.

Anyone got an idea what it could be?

Also, there is a distinct sound emanating from the case when my PS/2 mouse is in movement. No idea why.

I found all the p67 boards give a coil whine from CPU area with the default power saving settings. You should notice it more on idle.

To test get the board out on a test bed (don't use anti static bags) table is good.
Use a fanless GPU or onboard graphics, use SSD or put hard drive behind a door to dim noise then put your ear to a tube (loo role works well) and move it round the board.

Try pressing finger against some spots to see if it stops.

You can disable C-state or c3/c6, it's a power saving setting in BIOS that seems to cause it.

I've tried to bring it to board manufactures attention but they wouldn't do anything as most people don't seem to be able to hear it. I RMA 3 boards for this reason and ended up having to turning c state off.
