Constant cpu usage - system and Wmi provider host

These combined seem to constantly sit at 13 and 6 percent cpu usage.

This brings my idling cpu usage to 25 percent.

As this is a tight packaged laptop it means fans are always going.

I can't seem to fix it. Any ideas?

Probably a buggy driver. Either check for driver updates or uninstall all your drivers and reinstall the one at a time to see what ones causing problems.

Think it's Coming to this.
My. Work laptop is sat on 5 percent cpu. Surface 20 percent and never settles. Its constantly throttling!
