Constant freezing

90% of my games freeze but temps and clocks seem fine.
GTA 5 gets gfx_d3d_init error
Far cry 4 freezes at the EXACT same spot everytime after 1min
project cars gets a error at start up
crysis 3 laggy and crashes
crysis 2 very laggy for some reason
I have changed ram and still get this issue.
All that is left are my gpu, s but they seem fine, its puzzling to say the least?

Try running Who Crashed to see if it reports any problems.

Do you have your CPU running overclocked? If you do then try setting your CPU back to the defaults then see if the crashes stop.

I have set the cpu to stock settings for a while now still freezing in games.

After investigating the problem I unravelled other things.
1)cpu goes over 70c at stock in games which is wrong as the pump is correctly positioned.
My guess is the paste and cpu block?
Freezing and poor performance still happening in games and gets worse after time

After further investigation, I tested dying light with fraps and msi ab
It started at 80fps then went to 45fps then below 30fps fast.
The only indication where the fault lied was the cpu nearly 80c.
Doesn't make sense why is it like a sauna in my pc.
The pump is correctly positioned, 3 360 rads all have fans spinning.
Is it the cpu block and thermal paste??
Need help here guys.

*The whole loop is overheating the gpus and cpus fast.
Doesn't make much sense, the pump is the right way round and there is fluid going through the loop???
