constant reboots . help

have a sony vaio laptop which gets to windows boot screen as if it is loading , then just reboots and starts again over and over

cant get in to bios. cant get in to safe mode

im guessing its blue screening when it gets in to windows and restarts...

any ideas of what i can do ??

Cant get into the bios as in, dont know what key to press, or you press the key and it does nothing?

I'd get hold of the vista installation disk and do some memory tests... try a cmos reset..
