every day i get 2/3 emails from one company but the email addresses are different. each time iget the email i create a filter to auto mark them as spam and delete the message, but it's based on the email address which is different each time.

although the content is different each time it's very similar and i know it's the same company.

example of the addresses. each one starts with contact@

cavitenel.co.uk
cabusaoli.co.uk
castillane.co.uk
caloocane.co.uk
calolbona.co.uk
calauagne.co.uk
croqadom.co.uk
calasiaon.co.uk
caintalan.co.uk
boachron.co.uk
bonifacio.co.uk
botocana.co.uk

it's getting annoying! what can i do?

Add each and every domain to your blocked senders list?

May not be the most elegant solution but it works. Eventually they'll run out of addresses (in my experience)

but probably not what you wanted to hear.

i do as mentioned i nthe first post add them to my filter list.

i've solved the issue for this one. over the weeks i've emailed them asking to unsubscribe, never anything back ,so instead email to say how do i sign up to whatever they were selling, minutes later a reply. i send a few emails back and forth, a 20 minute phone call later and supposedly they've removed me from their database now. hopefully that's solved this problem. they had the cheek to moan i was wasting their time, and then tell me that each time i get spam i need to research if the company is from the uk or not, and then find their contact number and call them up to remove myself from their database, which they got from taking it directly from my website.

1. Never hit unsubscribe , now they know you are a real human being , and more
spam will arrive (had same problem with those scumbags at About.com years ago)

2. Filters is your own viable option, try to find unique words in the message
body and use them as a method to filter to spam folder

Indeed. A professional spammer wouldn't change domains and email content if they were happy for people to "unsubscribe".

Get a better email provider/spam filter.
