I moved into a flat in a new build a few months ago.

They're building a new set of flats next door. They're currently as I understand it doing ground works and installing a basement car park.

Noise wise it was fine - my flat is quite well insulated - until this last week where it has become very loud. I just wondered if people know if this is the "loudest" part or whether it will get louder?

There's should be a site manager. Find them and ask them.

This is all temporary, so get some headphones on for now.

Ah yes, the symphony of progress! You've just hit the "Industrial Dubstep" phase of construction, lots of bass, unpredictable rhythms and the occasional screaming drill solo. Enjoy it while it lasts. Next up is the "Beeping Trucks Ballet" followed by the "Angry Builders Arguing Opera." It’s a real cultural experience.

I've just been sent the construction plan.

Can anyone help me figure out the noisy parts? I will buy some noise cancelling headphones.
