Construction sim games for Xbox one?

Ordered an Xbox one for our little lad for Xmas, he’s 6 and a half years old and loves playing Farming Simulator on his 360. I was wondering if there were any construction sim type games on the Xbox one?

Minecraft is the obvious answer. I don't think there are any other construction type games off the top of my head.

Ah, that’s a pity. Yeah he has Minecraft on the 360 so I assume when he gets the Xbox one and we sign in to his Gold account that he will be able to download and play Minecraft from when he purchased it on the 360?

Minecraft had major update called together update that's allows all devices to play together. You should read about it, sure you had to play minecraft before a date to get new version.

Only other game maybe cities skylines?
