Constructive criticism please - does this youtube video I made make sense? :)

Hi guys,

I need some constructive criticism on a video I made for supporting some of my Office 365 customers, just need to make sure the video is easy to follow and actually make sense - if you guys could give some feedback on it, that would be great

To make it clearer... the text should not be over the background (maybe use a box) and the text should be in the same place each time.

Ah true, it ends up looking a bit ugly in a box, but good point
