I used to play this gem back in 97, but it doesn't work with XP anymore.

I saw one on ebay, and the guy claims it's a re-released version that comes with a "Dos Emulator" so it works on XP. Is this possible?

There was no re-released version that I know of. You might be able to get the old version working under Windows if you do some Googling. I'm sure someone has managed it.

Oh, and it was indeed a classic, I still have a copy of it myself I think somewhere.

Try Dosbox or (in xp) set the compatability mode to windows 3.1/

I had this on the playstation but never got into it, was probably to young, what did you do in it, as I remember a grid and buying things for houses :confused:

I recently got a copy working on XP using DosBox, but unfortunately it was unplayable, it froze whenever I tried to place a building, and was very slow when scrolling. Was a shame, as it was a great game.
