Wondering is anyone using a contact/meeting/calendar app for business that they like. I've been messing around with SaleForce, but its too complex for what I need, and we don't need any of the sales side of things at all. Its just to coordinate peoples meetings with external organisations. I assume I could use Outlook or sharepoint. But was just curious what other people are using.

Kinda hoping for something that tell me if anyone else has or had meetings with the same contact. Consolidates interactions with contacts. If that makes sense. SF does this because it feels like building a nuclear power station to charge your phone.
