I just want to contact dell uk for some general questions,but I'm finding it difficult indeed.

I go to the contact us page and pick email a expert will contact you,it takes you to an page to fill in your comments,but bellow the box it says business email.

I tried it anyway but nothing happens! I only want to ask some general questions.

I have the S2716DG in my basket and just need a little more info about their warranty's.

I got through somehow to a supposed sales team and the guy was useless,he did not seem interested one bit in my queries.

I am trying to find out if you can buy the The Premium Panel Guarantee that they offer on the likes of the ultra sharp monitors.

think of the issues that you may have after you have paid for it!

Thanks ,the 2nd number is working,but the actual dept I want goes to a dead tone when I pick option 5,It might be closed,but doesn't have a voicemail saying it is.
 
I got a live chat that was in uk,guy was terrible I think he thought i was wanting to buy direct from them.I just wanted information about extended warranty's etc..

He said the S2716DG is not covered for an extended warranty,but then said

''even if you extend the warranty it cover the same as the current warranty just for more time''

He also thought the S2716DG was a laptop until I told him Its a monitor.

WOW I amt totally shocked at dell customer service,I have not even bought the monitor yet lol.
 
avoid like the plague i'd say unless you fancy playing this game when you have an actual problem ...

yeh maybe I should,I just wanted a bit more info before I purchased from ocuk,but who better not to ask than dell them selves,turned out to be a hell of a mission:(
 
For what its worth, especially for the more expensive dell kit its worth taking the higher level support (bit like you would with applecare) as the service is excellent.

Not sure if that'scan option with monitors or as an option through resellers.
