contacting microsoft urgent

hi all, need to contact microsoft but the numbers they suppied dont work, address: digital river ltd, pobox 350, witney, oxon, ox29 7wy.
have ordered ultimate vista but ordered 63bit not 32 !!! opps!!
but no matter how much i contact they dont reply, annoying thing im about 40 mins bus ride from address above which is on the invoice in email.

does anyone have any other numbers that might work?

Digital River Ltd are a provider/reseller not Microsoft themselves. A google search seems to indicate that Digital River are on 01189346150 but they may have to refer you to MS (well at least they may give you the correct number to call).

thats the same number i have and always says number not reconised. ive sent several emails and got no reply, it was through the student discount deal and they send you link to download but the link didnt work !! and no way of contacting them within the 30 days of purchase

ok i think it should be sorted now, spoke to credit card company and they stopping transaction and refunding me

hopefully all ok.
