Is there a free number I can ring from my mobile? They have seriously messed up my bill and my picture messages are no longer working since I have changed tarif :(
 
I do have to wonder why people sign up for cheap deals involving crappy, pay when you need it customer service, then moan they have to pay for calling them...

If you want good, free customer service, it costs money, that's partly why O2 online tarriffs cost less, because you're agreeing to pay to call them.

Well, 0870 is national rate.... and as the OP is not local to Leeds, 0113 will also be a national rate call :D
 
Dial 08000 321402 and press 0 whenever asked to press a key - you'll speak to somebody, and they'll "pass you through to the right department". :cool:
 
o2 Online customer services is 0845 6060618, but the freephone number is 0800 0288151. That gets you straight through.
