Does anyone know what number I can dial from a landline to speak to O2 customer services?
I'm having my number ported over to O2 from Orange where it had been for 10 days. Because of the time scales andthe fact I'm doing this though CPW they couldn't give me a port date and CPW said they wuld take care of it all.
I've now received my PAC by letter from Orange and I jsut want to check O2 have it and if they can give me a date.
I've tried calling 08705214000, but the VR needs me to put in my number, which obviusly they can't match yet and I get cut off.
Any other numbers I can try?
