Contacting Steam Support

Does anyone know if they have an email address I can fire a letter off too?

I've signed up to the support site, but haven't received an activation email, despite re-requesting it several times.

As for the email mate, check your spam folder. My steam activation email thingy went in there and almost got deleted. check here:

Anyone else having steam problems since update?
Double click my .exe and it loads the news page and main steam application all minimised then hangs and then vanishes (not in task manager).
Deleted clientregistery and had a fresh install of steam.
Utter crud. So glad all my games are not on it. Have not hated it this much since 1.6 being released.

steam updates are a pain everytime there is an update all of my favorite server will disappear and needs to be added again.

Cheers Atlantic, got it sorted now.

Asked them to remove Fallout 3 from my account, they wouldn't refund so I swapped it for the Empire Total War package.

Yes steam does not work for me anymore... gotta love feeding them with money and then not being able to play

Though to be fair to Valve they tend to fix things fairly quickly.

Glad you're sorted buddy. Agree also that they do sort thing eventually. My mate had his account hijacked a couple of days ago, they sorted in about a day back to normal.
