Contacting Steam

Having issues with my account.
Tried contacting them several times and can not get through to them or rather they dontbother replying.
WTF you meant to do? Cant play any of my games that are tied to their crap system and i am really p'd off. I'll never buy a game again that requires their services. Rather go with out TBPFH

Anyone had any sucess contacting them? Any idea how long they actually take to reply?

I have sent proof of ownership etc and filled out relevent support tickets.

My account email address was hacked and i no longer have access to it as i cant remember the bloody secreat question and answer.

No issues with that really, my fault for not using a better password but its the amount of time you have to wait for replies from a company i never wanted to get involved with anyway. Why they tie stuff to Steam?? Got black ops and it wants to log in to steam before it will do anything. pathetic. cant even get a refund on it.

oh well....shall wait and see.

well they sorted it straight away to be fair to them.
Changed my email address and reset my password.
Just took the about 3days to answer but 5 mins to sort out. Karma restored
