Contacting Tagan by phone..

Hey guys. Dunno if anyone read it, but my Tagan 480w psu blew up on christmas day.

I emailed them, obviously expecting a delayed response due to holiday period..

However i still havent heard anything from them. I mailed them again today but i would be happier talking on the phone.

Can anyone find the number for me? surely they have an english call centre. I checked the site but the number has (germany) after it. So it cant be that .

Any ideas?

You just need to fill out the RMA form here

I did one yesterday after first emailing tagan a few days back, they just redirected me to that rma form.

EDIT: Speak of the devil just had a confirmation email back with an RMA number, just 24 hours.
