Contacts by E-Mail

Has anyone found out how to view contacts by E-Mail address in the new version of WLM?

I want to upgrade to it but that is the big thing putting me off.

but why dont you just rename the contacts and give them your own name instead of viewing by email address?

I would much rather view them by email address and do you have a link to the thread where this is being discussed?

Also when you give a contact your own name if you log into messenger on a different pc or device are those names still there?

and yes, they are still there when you log in form a different PC

if you really want to view everyone by email address, just rename their nickname to their email address
