Content filtering on android phone?

Is there a way to filter content on phones web browser so kids can use it without dodgey stuff showing up?

Three PAYG SIMs have a content filter built in by default, so using an Android phone with a Three SIM card in, that would work, but otherwise I am not sure.

I use giff gaff for my kids. There is a filter and I tried some contents but not tested in very detailed. https://www.giffgaff.com/help/articles/how-do-i-turn-off-the-adult-content-block

ID Mobile and Smarty both have adult content filters, while they block adult content they still allow access to piracy websites so it's still possible to access some dodgy content. The only option is on or off, no settings for what content to filter.
