Content list for roku?

I'm interested in ditching sky and buying a roku 3 but I can't for the life of me find a list of the content that is available can anyone help?
 
Thank you that does help but I can't find any info on what common UK content might be available eg is there any content from BBC, ITV, Channel 4, E4, channel 5 etc?

My mrs won't swap if she's going to miss out on series she watches.
 
The NowTV box which is a rebranded Roku LT has BBC Iplayer, ITV Player, 4od, and Demand 5.

Youd have to assume that the (better) Roku 3 would have these available too.
 
Mine is at the post office :( no one was in to sign for it.

Hopefully be collecting tomorrow :)
 
Using the 30 day free sky movies trial and the entertainment package for £4.99 a month. Seems to have everything we normally watch. Ill try it for a while before cancelling our sky tv. I was concerned about the lack of HD content but I'm pleasantly surprised having tried a few movies and programmes.
