Continuous boot cycle

So I decided to move my pc contents to the haf x I bought but Ive run into a couple of issues.

The first issue I had was as soon as I booted the pc up, it would load for a bit then restart and do the same over and over without reaching the post/bios stage. Tested all the components one by one and still the same, all the power cables are in, the fans are all working. I gave up for the night and this morning it decides to turn on properly, but with a minor front usb issue which i resolved by unplugging the reset switch header.

However since this morning, the pc decides to shut down after a while and do the whole continuous cycle again until I leave it off for a bit or unplug the power cables and plug them back in. Everything was working in the old case without any issues, could it be the case doing some magical wierd stuff or damage when transfering stuff over to it?

Any experience with this or ideas would be awesome.

My build atm:

Abit IP35
Q6600
ati 4870
tuniq tower
corsair 620w hx modular

Thanks

I'd build it again outside of the case to test it. Then, try in the case double checking that none of the supports are shorting the underside of the motherboard.
