The only thing over would be the "you cant leave within.." clause in the contract
Your contact is not over until you cancel and give 30days notice you can then change it into a PAYG or move to another network provider using a code that o2 would give you (you have to ask)
I cancelled within 4 weeks and they never stopped my direct debit, i rang them and they told me i had to change my phone over to payg and the contract would be cancelled....i told the guy that wasnt explained to me the last time i rang and although polite told me it was all in the small print. Turns out the easiest thing i could do was get my pak code and bring my number over to my new contract phone with 3. I have to admit o2 have left me with a bad taste and a feeling that 'small print' = another way to squeeze money out of me. Oh and although i changed my tarrif they continued to bill me for the message bolt on i never used...again gotta state what you wanna keep. Sly, underhand b's..... Ok can you tell i dont like o2 customer service yet?
