I cancelled within 4 weeks and they never stopped my direct debit, i rang them and they told me i had to change my phone over to payg and the contract would be cancelled....i told the guy that wasnt explained to me the last time i rang and although polite told me it was all in the small print. Turns out the easiest thing i could do was get my pak code and bring my number over to my new contract phone with 3. I have to admit o2 have left me with a bad taste and a feeling that 'small print' = another way to squeeze money out of me. Oh and although i changed my tarrif they continued to bill me for the message bolt on i never used...again gotta state what you wanna keep. Sly, underhand b's.....
