I am posting this on behalf of a friend of mine.
Basically she has had her contract from Phones4U since August last year, and she got a 5800.
She has had no end of problems!
Eg,
the screen needs to be warmed up before it works (she puts it in her bra
)
she cannot receive texts
she cannot make texts
and thats mainly what I remember.
She has sent it off to be repaired many times! So does she have a leg to stand on if she wants them to give her a new phone instead of sending it off to repair, and by new phone I mean a different phone,
