Right, im currently in a accountancy practice and studying ACCA at the same time! When i applied for this role i was told that all my studies would be paid for and that a contract would be sorted for me shortly after i start. This was back in 2005 and i have only just received my contract! Having checked the contract regarding my studies it mentions that i will have to pay back the following costs if i leave during or within the defined period:
During or within 0-6 month 100%
Within 9 months 50%
After 12 months 0%
Now, i last took a course in May 07 which is around 9 months now and should i hand in my notice (Not definate) it would be 10 months. However, the contract states WITHIN 9 months i pay 50% but im currently between the bracket or 9-12 months which has no mention of costs :vconf: :vconf:
Also, the contract i received was dated on 12th February 2008 which i still havent signed, so how much of my studies would i be liable to pay back...........?
