Does anyone else still use the win7 version of control panel on their desktop?

C:\Windows\System32\control.exe

I find it immensely better and far more useful than the settings app in Win10

I just type "control panel" in the W10 Start menu and open it from there.

Most of the time, the "advanced" or "additional" setting links within the W10 Settings (app?) end up in ctrl panel anyway.

As others said, click start and type control, brings up the Windows 7 control panel which I use all the time on W10.

I don't really use either control panel or settings. If it's not in the Win+X menu then I'll probably search for it specifically.

I use Open Shell Menu and that provides start menu links to both Settings and Control Panel. I'm happy to use either but I'd prefer it if they made their mind up and just used one or the other.

@Buffalo2102 I agree the problem is things being split between the two places. You go to settings and it takes you to a control panel page if you want anything more than the absolute basics.
