Control someone's phone?

Relation of mine is struggling to set Alexa up up via app etc

Is there away I can control his phone to do it for him?

Any other ideas if not?

Don’t let them have Alexa if they can’t use it. It’ll just be your burden.

Edit: if you are using the same account, you can control it wherever using the app.

TeamViewer can be used to remotely controll someone's phone. Have used it before to help my old man set some stuff up.

Can't remember if anydesk works or not.

On another note screw TeamViewer as a business and their predatory renewal tactics.
Don't give them a penny if you can help it.

Is it an iPhone? You can do facetime screen sharing now as long as it's the latest IOS. If not then I'm not too sure.

I believe Google Duo has screensharing on some devices.
