Controller stopeed being recognized

My cintroller used to work with all the lights and stuff before but now it wont basically. I have got the drivers installed. It's a xbox360 wired controlelr by madcatz/

Not in my case. It was working a few days ago and I never used it since. Till I decided to play fallout today.

Tried unplugging it and replugging it?
Tried reinstalling drivers?
Tried rebooting?
Tried the controller on another USB port?
