Controlling 3 water cooling fans

I have a 240 and 120 rad with my 290 and 4670k.
I have 3 of these fans

I currently have them all linked to the CPU header via the supplied leads, but I'm wondering if this is a bit much for it? It is working ok at the moment though.
I have the case fans controlled by other connectors on the mobo and my fan controller. However I don't really want to run the rad fans off it as I'd need somewhere to put the temp sensor which is a reliable temp.
Any suggestions or am I fine as I am?

In the scheme of things you should be fine.. if it really bothers you though you could use on of these:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-000-FS (or something equivalent) this will take the power directly from the PSU

It doesn't bother me if its ok lol. But if it's on the edge or too much, then that is a great solution thanks.

I've only linked mine up to the spare power connectors and left them on minimum speed.

Seems fine to me so far

Usually these fans are 0.2 to 0.3 Amps, I would not have more than 1amp on a single motherboard header so you should be fine
