Still mulling my options in regards to buying a new cooler and i'm almost set on getting one of the silver arrow variants.
My question is in regards to the fans on the Extreme version that spin up to 2500rpm. I'd like to know if i can limit the RPMs if i find 2500 to be too loud without having to buy a proper fan controller and without losing the PWM function.
