I have these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-073-AK

and wanted to use them on the rad (i didnt notice they were 4 pin) so heres where my trouble starts

I have a lamptron fc5 nice controller but the pins are 3 pin connector to which i have the alchemy Multi 3 pin extension

so my choices are as can see are

/1 find another extension type that will allow me like the alchemy ones to be able to controll 3 PWM fans per channel on my lamptron

2/ buy a new fan controller

3/ buy new fans

/4 hope you guys can suggest something i have missed :)

My rad is going on the bottom of the 900d case so i dont think that will work i think my best bet is to admit defeat and buy new fans for 30 quid.

Ill keep looking tho

will be 4 just now more later when I expand loop, in the end there will be 13 that's why I bought the fan controller it can handle 12, and the cpu one would be the rear fan it may be worth buying a 3 pin or sniping the plastic cap so I can fit the 4 pin on would that work? :)

the fan extensions I have have a plastic border around them so it only fits a 3 pin I may as suggested break abit off and see it if works :)

Nice fink I've just knocked the corner off of one off my alchemy fan extensions and its working so will take a small amount of moding but it will work :), I got a response in customer services also but they have said that the air rippers would be no good for rads anyone else using them??
