convert a 32bit to a 64bit dll

hi guys is this possible as i am trying to install a custom keyboard layout on windows 64bit but the microsoft program makes 32 bit dlls.

1) Obtain source code.

2) Recompile.

source code eh, how would i go about getting that. basically i have a program that given a keyboard layout builds the dll. is there anyway to decompile a dll?

Well, it's conceivable, but could get messy. I'm afraid I can't tell you how either

Your safest option is just to recompile the source code, although this will obviously only be possible with open source DLLs, which, coming from MS, they probably won't be
