convert bibliography

I think the new citation features in word 2007 are great, but it's not got the option to create a bibliography in the Harvard style; which mine has to be in. Does anyone know of a website or program that can take APA formatted bibliographies and convert them to the Harvard style? I've had a quick google, but couldn't really find anything.

Why not do it manually? It doesn't take long and you know its 100% correct.

It does take (me) a while if you've got a couple of pages worth of bibliography.

Thanks for the links, but I already know how to write a bibliography with the Harvard style, I'm just looking for something to convert it from APA automatically.

I'm having a look at endnote now and will tell you all if it does what I need.

EDIT: Doesn't seem to do what I want
