Convert DVD/VOB to MPG4 for PS3

I have some home videos I made with a tape DV camera that I have copied to DVD but now I want to make a copy to MPG4 to watch on my PS3 (as the camera is already broken)

But what program can I use to convert the DVD/VOB's to MPG4 with the best quality?

You can always play the VOBs individually? The PS3 will recognise them.

Tried using super ? It seems to handle all my video conversion needs, even has a PS3 setting.
